- RPD Releases Name of Stabbing Victim Monday, September 29, 2008 @ 11:12AMRochester police released the name of the man killed in a stabbing Sunday on East Main Street. Romeo Carter, 21, lived in one of the apartments above the former Cathay Pagoda restaurant. He was stabbed in the chest in a common hallway and collapsed outside the doorway of another tenant and friend.
