Help can anyone break this down step by step?

Written Assignment 1: The Psychology of Writing Now that you have learned a little about the internal and external factors that influence how you compose your thoughts, write an essay in which you describe your own writing process. Tell of a specific writing assignment, one that might have been related to your career or your personal or academic life. Describe what the assignment was and explain how you moved through the planning to the reviewing process. The paper should be about 300 words long--longer if necessary.

1. if you have any of your previous papers saved on your computer I'd go through them and pick out a strong one. Then in your paper talk about how you came up with the idea, how you prepared(just started writing, made a web, jotted down thoughts, etc.), how many times you rewrote it, how long it took you, how you proofread (reading it backwards, reading it aloud, having someone else read it and give you suggestions). i really don't know that's just some options.

You might want to include some of the answers you received at this site because some are bound to be quite interesting and pertinent to this assignment. 3. Explain that since this is the information age you wanted to start with the top information source in the world, the internet. 4.
