When do one needs to look for a career change?
After having 3 yrs of exp in sales , i am planning to shift my career to HR. Request all of you to provide me with guidance and plans to change the career

- if u are doing well in sales, and have a bright future, u shouldnt shift but if u r really wants to go HR due to interest, u should consider if it will suit you or else you might have to change jobs again
- research the job to know all of the responsibly and then apply if you need any skill up dates get it and up date your resume to show your up dated skills talk to some one who is in that job now to get pointers good luck I love being the first one to answer a question hope it helped you!!!
- If you feel that you have reached the peak of your career and feel unhappy about it.
- ITs good for U to continue in the Sales itself and U can get the growth there itself
- If that is what you want to do...then do it. At least give it a try. You only live once...and you probably don't want to regret it when you are older. Try it out and if you don't like it...you can go back to doing something you know you're good at!
