- You would do well caring for para and or quadriplegic's in a live in or part time environment. They require massage therapy and physical therapy and must be checked for bedsores and wounds they can't feel. And there is a large age variation. So your patient varies. A holistic hospice nurse is a new trend. You help the patient be more comfortable in there biggest time of need.
