what career path might interest me, im running out of time. Im a 30 y/o who has many interests.?

at the point where i need to make a decision whether im going to attend graduate school or get in a management training program. I feel like im wasting time, but i have thought about public administration, public health, pilot school, business school, health care administration, HR. Basically, I like to work with people in a service based environment , but i would like to make a decent living. I like jobs with autonomy but some structure and a clear job goal.i love to travel and need something exciting. 9-5 usually drives me crazy but its secure and comfortable. Im currently in home health sales and marketing and its not my cup of tea. I have been in the military,I have a BA in sports management, medical experience, social service experience, customer service experience and quite a bit of other experience, but i just cant seem to commit to a subject in grad school or an area i want to work in. i do know that i want to be in a leadership position that is of importance. Any suggestion
