I need info about medical transcription?
I choosed my career as a medical transcription and i am very confused as from where i can learn the course, that is, whether from the online or from outside and i am in the idea of doing job from home and doing MT course online is too expensive ,so i decided to do from outside and what i need to know is whether the online companies hire outside trained newbie MT's without any online completion certificate?

- Call local hospitals and other local medical employers and find out what criteria they look for when hiring a Medical Transcriptionist. Tell them you are looking for training in the field and want to know the best place to learn. I was once offered free Medical Transcriptionist training from the local hospital in a rural area just because I already had Medical Terminology and Computer skills. Good Luck! : )
