Full Careers

I recently attended a seminar on how to get a government job. They had where you could pay a certain amount..

You could pay a certain amount down and some a month it was about $900 for the whole program but they would let you pay a small amount down and some a month. What would occur is you give your information then they send you study things in the mail after an amount of time they would tell you where to take your test. It was like a career training program in the government. At the time i couldn't do it but i was wondering if anyone knows about this and what it may be called? Any info on how to get a hold of them about this opprotunity would be greatly appreciated!

  1. That would be called scam. S-C-A-M. Don't waste your money. Since I already work for the post office, I don't need to worry about it, but people have mentioned on here that you can get the same resources from your local library that they make you pay $900 for. Government exams generally just test on how well you remember things, or how quickly you can work, etc. Run away before you lose your money.

  3. Sounds like a scam. If you want a job working for the government, look for one on the USA Jobs website: http://www.usajobs.opm.gov/
  4. I would have to agree with everyone else about it sounding like a scam. be very cautious of anything like this that wants money from you. I am providing a link for you to USAJOBS website. This site has great information for obtaining a government job with either the federal or state level. You can also build your resume there, receive e-mail updates, and learn about recruiting opportunities. I hope this helps, GOOD LUCK!!! http://www.usajobs.gov/
