Re-training into 1C6X1?
I currently have a re-training package into the 1C6X1 career field awaitting approval at AFPC. Does anyone know how long the approval process takes, and how long is the tech school? Any helpful info would be greatly appreciated.

- Space ops huh? I'm an active duty recruiter and that is my office partners prior career field. He loved it. You are most likely going to stationed in Colorado. You should either talk with the MPF(talk with an AD person) or talk your enlisted career advisor. They deal with retraining all the time and should have a good idea. as far as job information go to about.com and type 1C6X1 into the search bar. Good luck
