I m planning 2 make a career transition frm loan processing to Wealth Management. How good are the prospects ?

I have been working as a loan processor for 3 years now before which I was in Accounting and Auditing field. Now I realize I have made a mistake by switching to loan management as I dont see any growth in this field. Here are my concers. 1. I am doing a certification course in Private Banking which costs a lot.Is this necessary to enter WM industry ? I chose this option because all the WM job advts ask for experienced guys in WM? 2. I live in Singapore and I am Indian. This is my major concern.As most of the people here are chinese, I am worried if I would be able to make it big since I dont speak their language and if I would be able to win over their trust ? Could someone really professional and experienced answer my questions ? Thanks
