1. none.... they hire high school students as baristas no real skills needed except people skills. indoor, fast paced, food service environment... on your feet all day available everywhere cashier function with register, pour coffee, build espresso beverages. perform maintenance to espresso machines, clean, pastry case maintenance, warm food in oven, rotate fridges, Need to be very upbeat and friendly. must work well in fast stressful environment... remember- its just coffee this career has the opportunity for internal growth to management positions rather quickoly (as fast as a year) and the company is growing rapidly so there are many positions becoming available
