So I'm doing a kind of statistics project over the summer, and any input would be appreciated. Thanks in advance! 1. How old are you? 2. Where do you live? 3. What sites do you primarily visit, or what things do you generally use the Internet for? 4. How much time, approximately, do you spend on the Internet daily? 5. How big of a role does the Internet play in your life, in regards to things such as social life, schoolwork, and recreation? 6. Did you finish college? If not, are you attending or planning to attend? What degrees have you gotten and/or planning to get, and in what major? Also include the career field you are in or planning to go into. 7. If stuck on a desert island, what 5 non-living things would you choose to take with you? They must exist and you must already have them. (Also remember, no Internet access or cellphone coverage on a desert island!) 8. Do you think a "Best Answer" for this question is possible? If so, what are its qualities?

How much time, approximately, do you spend on the Internet daily? work days: 8+ hours. weekends: 3 hours a day, on average 5. How big of a role does the Internet play in your life, in regards to things such as social life, schoolwork, and recreation? social life: i prefer talking over instant messenger to talking over the phone. i have made irl friends through the internet. schoolwork: not in school. recreation: i use the internet as one of my primary forms of recreation 6. Did you finish college? If not, are you attending or planning to attend? What degrees have you gotten and/or planning to get, and in what major? Also include the career field you are in or planning to go into. i did not finish college. i have been in college for about 6 years on and off, then got a job as an IT tech and haven't gone back. i work in the IT field 7. If stuck on a desert island, what 5 non-living things would you choose to take with you? They must exist and you must already have them. knife, rope, rain catching implement (bucket or cup), book on survival (i actually have a few of these!), lighter 8. Do you think a "Best Answer" for this question is possible? If so, what are its qualities? i guess its possible if you let people vote on what they think is a good answer. i think the criteria would be what people agree or disagree with
