What careers are really in demand that makes good money that only requires a certificate or associates degree?

I would like to know what careers are in demand with good pay that really doesn't require no more then a certificate or associates degree? I've been looking into health care, everyone I look there are commercial from schools saying medical careers are in demand like nurse, medical assistants, and so forth but then I read their as in demand as said, then I'm told computer careers are in demand but I'm also told there's a lot of outsourcing so please tell me what career is it good to go into that makes good money, not a lot of training or education? Be an entrepreneur. No training needed but a certificate or associate degree would be helpful.
anything in law enforcement is also great you can make pretty good money, help people, and doesn't take a lot of schooling. oh yes, and law enforcemnt will always be in demand.
There are lots of people with no experience and no skills so the pay is low. What value do you add? With experience, training and skills people make more out of your time so they can pay you more. It simple - have something that people want and sell it to them. If you don't - clean toilets whilst you learn something that you can sell.
carpentry/framing my starting pay was 10 an hour no experince required my father in law who got me into the business gets 25 to 30 because he's done it for 28 yrs now. there will always be a need for builders especially with the many natural disasters going on now. just think of how much work is needed in new orleans.
I started looking into this too, but not until I was a year through my university, so I decided to stay with what I was doing. I did find a few good jobs for little schooling. These all start around $40,000 a year -Physical Therapy Assistant -Occupational Therapy Assistant -Radiograper Dental Hygeinist starts around $50,000
