McCain appears to be a walking disaster-magnet. While most Navy pilots lose 0 aircraft during their careers,?

McCain has lost a total of five. The first four he lost in pure accidents. The fifth and last one he lost when he got shot down after only about 20 combat hours over Vietnam. This unusual flight record might be explained by the fact that he graduated 5th from last in his flight school. Do you think McCain was not qualified to be a pilot? How was he ever permitted to continue flying after that kind of record?

1. I don't see any references to the accusations, so we'll assume this is Daily Kos / Internet BS. They don't let navy pilots fly with such an alleged poor record, they're better trained than that. Keep digging in his past, I'm sure you'll find something to use against the man.
2. Ummm....let's see, that was, like, 43 years ago? And it would matter, now, anyway? And that is your best attempt at discrediting a man who was captured and tortured while in the service of his (and your) country? And whatever makes you think Navy pilots lose 0 aircraft during their careers? We've lost Blackhawks and Stealths in Iraq. (Oh! Sorry! Not Navy) Should we check and see in what position in class THOSE pilots graduated? Phfffftttt!
3. Uhh... hellooo! You forgot to mention that he did his flying during an actual war. Are you insinuating that he lost his planes because he forgot not to fly into the ground, or that he just ejected because he was bored? The Daily Kos is always short on facts, you should stop relying on them as a source of ideas for your inane posts.
4. McCain did lose 5 aircrafts. Have you looked at the reasons for all of them. 1. crashed while practicing landing (more common than most people think) 2. flying to low (I'll give you this one, he should of been flying higher) 3. had a flameout 4. a zuni missle from another aircraft misfired and struck a fuel tank on McCain's aircraft while on the USS Forrestal 5. he was shot down.
5. How did he lose these planes? I was in the Marines and read about lost airplanes and helicopters all the time. It's amazing to me that he survived the destruction of five aircraft.
6. And Obama risked his life,for the country,WHERE? In WHAT branch? And Hillary did...? The closest either of them came to the military was 3 drunken sailors on a Saturday night.
