can i get internet service in a PDA without phone career service?

I want to know about a good PDA, so I can have Internet browsing, but without having a phone service plan, only Internet.

1. Most cellphone companies do not offer DATA only plans. Yo could always try and ask, but I haven't come across any "pda cellphone" that ONLY had a data plan with no voice.
2. Yeah, try getting a data only plan from a service provider. If your pda has wifi see if you can connect to wifi hotspots where you usually are and use your home wifi router if you have one. Good Luck!
3. there are some devices without phone function. but you can use internet and other softwares with wifi. one good one on top of my head now is nokia n800 internet tablet. heard this has a pretty good browser. you can think about ipod touch also, this does not have phone functionality but has wifi, browser, mail programs. so you can call that a pda. hope that helps.
