- Student loans may not be discharged in a bankruptcy. The lender is not responsible for you picking a computer class that sucked.
- The fact that the computer training sucked has nothing to do with the fact that you borrowed money from somebody else that you promised to pay back. Better to try to get a refund from the people who you paid to train you than screw the people who loaned you the money.
- You MUST list all your debts in your bankruptcy, and student loans are not dischargeable (even though you have to list them), but I don't know if career training loans are considered student loans or not. You should consult a bankruptcy attorney.
