I need a serious change of career. Any ideas of an up-and-coming careers that I can get involved in?

I don't have time to go for years of education but would like to make a career change. Any ideas would help. Please be civil, prostitution, drug dealing, theft are not options.

Any thing in the medical field, there are a multitude of choices,such as lab work, nursing ,transportation,office ,assistance to doctors or nurses,,Technician's ,Xray .Like I say there are a lot of job's in the medical field ,but not enough people to fill them,so the pay is great .check it out you have nothing ti lose. Please let us know how you do.
