Anyone know a good website for deciding on a career change?

My Wife and I are both looking to change careers and realize that more schooling may be necessary. I want a way to find out which fields have high paying jobs available so I can get training in that. I live near Barrie, Ontario is there someone I should see?, Like a career counciler? Thanks
