What are some more good sites for on-line job searches?
I already know about Monster, Yahoo Hot Jobs and Career Builder. I would prefer sites that do not bring up pages and pages of work-at-home and other schemes, I want sites that post real jobs.

- I'm with you. it seems like its all a waste. The difference between on-line apps and in person apps is that on-line you could have thousands of people fill out the apps as apposed to going to the company and only a few turned in applications. I just think the on-line crap is a waste of time. Probably type in your local newspaper in the google search and then find jobs in that. But personally its all crap and they really don't hire anybody.

- try craigslist. I use it all the time to sell things around the house... plus I got my last job there.. and my current job offer. Its easy!
