What do you do when you want to change jobs for same money but want a new career with no training?

3. It depends on the career you're changing to. If its the Medical field or something major like that, then,you must have training.
4. you can always ask your potentially new employer if you can train on the job depending on the job a lot of them require you to get some sort of degree or certificate before applying for a new job
5. go with what will give you most job satisfaction in the long run
