1. Phlebotomy (drawing blood for lab tests). Best pay is in San Francisco, because of the high incidence of HIV and therefore higher chance that if you stick yourself, you'll get infected. Easy and quick to learn. Hey! You asked!
2. Corrections is the best kept secret in any state. It pays well with excellent benefit's and little training that the state provides. Trust me on this, it is a great job. Do not be afraid of it, and don't get your vision of prison work from Hollywood movies.
