PRE MED...what are the best internships/jobs out there when working towards bachelors degree..TIPS!!!!!!!!!!!!

i m a college freshmen going to be a sophmore student.. i m majoring in biology and have strong plans in go into medical school. I M LOOKING FOR ANY SUMMER JOBS / INTERNSHIPS/ job shadowing physicians TO DO IN SUMMER..any suggestions on what to do and how to do...any programs/ internships you have attend and thought were good???.AND ALSO I WANT SOME GUIDANCE AND HELP IN GENERAL WHAT TO DO TO GET IN MEDICAL SCHOOL(besides gud grades and MCAT score)... any suggesstions and help towards premed/ med careers is welcome :) looking out for friends from same field...so we can work on stuff getting into med school...( send me ur yahoo id...i ll add u:) ) Thanks alot..

1. I did a summer internship at a Pharmaceutical company where I did some pharmaceutical research, it was easy, it paid amazingly well for a guy that was only like 19 at the time, and I had some good things to talk about when it came time to interview for med school.
