Please suggest me about career decision. I am 1978 born After graduating in commerce (B.Com in 1998) I decided
to go for doing C.A. simultaneously I was doing post graduation in commerce (M.Com in 2000). I could not pass even a single group of C.A. and 2 years were wasted in this process. After this I preapared for M.B.A. entrance and got selected in one of B/C grade management college of Mumbai in year 2001 july and completed my MBA (Marketing) in year april 2003. After this I came to my native place and started a distribution business of LPG. Now I am getting bored of this business as it is a repetitive work, no new challenges, growth is stagnant so I am planning to apply for a job. Is my decision right and should I show business experience in my CV would it be a advantage and what could be the best answer for applying for a job. Please advise soon as I am in a dilemma.

- Having an MBA and a lot of experience is something you WANT on your CV. Just because you're not happy with it is not a reason to leave it off - just make sure you tailor your CV experiences/descriptions about what you liked about your jobs, and why you are seeking a different position.
