Im thinking about starting a Doggy Day Care Business? How many of you out there who work most of the day and leave your dog at home would enroll your dog in a Doggy Day Care? How much would you be happy paying every day?

- Sorry , u haven't been catching the economy news lately?. 'doggy day care' is a dispossible income issue which means common folks will not have the money for u. now if u live in NY or some other high priced city and can find a listing of folks with incomes over 250K , u might have a choice.
- Areas around Washington, DC could support this kind of business. The most I personally would pay is $20. but I'm pretty tight with a buck and not wealthy.
- I had my puppy in doggy day care and paid $22 a week. I loved it, and it is great for people who are trying to potty train a dog. Offer potty / crate training options with your day care. The one I used also had Bark Day Parties each month that people took their dogs just once a month. It is a great alternative to boarding a dog at the vet, and for those who work long hours and worry about making it home to care for a dog.
- Are you serious??? Let me educate you a little, a dog is not a child, and does not need daycare. Thats why they have a kennel at home to stay in, a fenced in yard, or a cage, and believe it or not some stay in the house all day alone and they are just fine!!! I wouldn't pay for something that is not needed especially when I need all the money I can get for gas to make it to work!!!! Makes about as much sense as someone watching my fish while I go to work. And if you have that much trouble out of an animal being at home alone then its time he found a new home, or be put down!!! Unless you live near the incredably rich and wastefull, you have about the same chance of making it as I do selling snow balls in a blizzard. I can say that an actual daycare for kids would be better, and there is a major need for them so, allot of the single mothers that claim to be stay at home moms can get to work instead of leaching off of the welfare system!!!!
