Career Change?
I am a Commerce Graduate from University of Madras. My first job is with a Manufacturing Company as "Accounts Executive" for 1 Year. After that, I joined an MNC Bank as "Process Executive" for around 2 Years. Since this job is on contract basis, I joined another MNC Third Party Outsourcing Company as "Senior Process Executive" in "Derivatives Trade Confirmation Agreement Processing" for 2.5 Years. This process was then taken over by our Client and my whole team members joined our Client. I forgo this opportunity and hence, in the same third party MNC company itself, I am given "Business Analyst" designation. The worst part is that, I am not assigned to any project as I do not have experience in the specific domains except Derivatives. I am in bench for the past 6 months. I don't like to come to office itself. But, for my personal commitments, I have to come. Can I change my career from "Business Analyst" role to "Senior Process Executive" role? If yes, Which company I can look out for
