Does anyone know if the website promotion specialist training offered by the Career Institute is a scam?
I came across this website that claims to offer an at home certification program that once completed makes you a website promotion specialist. They promise that you will be working for a fortune 500 company immediately at the end of your certification or they refund your $249. It's a 6 hour course that teaches you how to type up ads of some kind for these big companies like Target, American Express, etc. Has anyone done this? I actually read an article on yahoo promoting this and clicked on the link at the end of it. But I'm still not sure

- I wouldn't risk it. It sounds like one of those work at home scams where you get nothing for something. Hold on to your money. p.s. I'm sure Yahoo got paid pretty for the advertising. LOTS of exposure.
- I think it sounds good I am looking into to also. It has an 800 number to call at the bottom of the web page so i beleive it could be true
- I was just searching for an answer to the same question. Is there anyone who has bought it?
