What are my chances of getting into UC Berkeley and University of Southern California?
I have a 4.24 total gpa... 4.33 for the UC gpa (I'm a senior) My SAT scores are 1820... i know not very high. (740 in math though) My Sat 2 scores are M2(670) chem(560) :( I've done cross country(MVP and coach's award) and track Jazz Band (A Period), Marching Band, symphonic band Been in Mock Trial, Science Club, Science Olympiad, Science Bowl where i've won various awards. Been in Key Club where i've done community service(50+hours) and I am also in my schools Robotics Team. I work for JKB Homes where i spin the sign... I'm been in CSF for all 4 years. I also play for my Church's orchestra every sunday and go to practice every thursday. Got a 3 on the AP Chem and English Language Tests. I've also taken a college class at the nearest Junior college where I recieved an A in History 101. I've gotten 4 B's during my whole high school career. I've taken 7 AP classes. I'm also a full mexican if that helps any and I'm a first generation college student. My class rank is 10.

- um what the heck schools you go to i have no clue but the highest possible i think is 4.00 and thats straight A+s so i can not help you but the chances are good that you will with the rest of that info
- Based on your GPA, athletics, class rigor, and extracurricular programs your chances are good depending on which department of the university you choos to go into. For example, UC Berkeley has a great medical school, therefore making it a more competitive department to get into. Also you being a mexican can get you scholarships as well as help you get in due to laws placed to make universities accept more minority students.
