Doing variation of stroop test but one set of words are colour related and the others are colour neutral e.g?
condition 1 has 30 words some are, SKY in red, PLUM in orange, LEMON in blue, CARROT in purple BLOOD in blue condition 2 has 30 words some are STY in red, PLAN in orange LEDGE in green, CAREER in purple BLAME inred Ihave done the original stroop test but as both sets of words are coloured I need to find a suitable hypothesis and some research on this variation. The words are all repeated in different colours for each condition, and participants have to be timed obviously for both conditions and one set of words are colour related and the others colour neutral. How does this relate to the stroop test and can u help me find any research done on this variation. Please help
