Frustration with Career searching.?
Here are a list of careers I am interested in: Doctor, nursing, dentistry, nanotechnology engineering, generic engineering. They're all appealing to me and it is not definite what I want to be so I was wondering what I should major in university that could also be a backup for another career? Because if now I wanted to be an engineer and then change to doctor..or if I find out that med school is not for me. It is really difficult to know where to go... and how to plan my life... you know. I can ask anyone and they will give me different answers or more to think about.

- I see that you r interested in the Sciences.....which is great......you can always major in any one of these.... but you can also have a minor in another discipline...... or you can double major.. Allof the majors except nusrsing have all of th same required classes................In nursing you will be taking Anatomy, Physiology, chemistry, Microbiology, and the Nursing courses............... what you can do you can major in Nursing become a Nurse...... Once you graduate you can start making between 4,000-7,000 a month...... you can always go t medical school or dental school at a later date..... Engineering, you can start anywhere from 50,000-80,000 a year ndepending where you work.... So really sit down and really figure out what you want to do... and what college you want to go to ..........
- I'm no career counselor but I always wanted to be one. Like you I have a lot of interests and they may change as you change. I would stay in the area because I think you will probably end up doing what you first wanted to do. Take classes in Physics, chemistry and science, anything that can help in your field, and when you take these classes you can see which area you really like the best. You can always change your major.
