Schools with good early childhood development programs?!?

I live in West Virginia, and would like to go somewhere nearby(Ohio or Pennsylvania), or maybe in state. I'd like to have a career at a preschool working with children from birth to about age 6. I have a 4.1 and straight A's with a part time job (Fenton Art Glass!) and leadership roles in my extracurriculars, so getting in isn't much of a problem at most schools. I've gotten accepted so far into Washington and Jefferson and WVU although i really don't want to go to WVU Soooo, any good child development programs in ohio or pennsylvania schools?

  1. You might check into Ohio University, Muskingum College, or Rio Grande and see if they meet your needs. Ohio University is at Athens. Muskingum is north of Marietta on the Muskingum River. Rio Grande is at Rio Grande (Gallipolis area). Not sure if you want to continue working at Fenton, but if you go to OU or Muskingum, you might be able to. You might check into Glenville State at Glenville, WV.
