How do you get into this career is it even a career?
Hi I am 15 and I have been interested in this career called casting director or talent finder or something like that, How can you be in a panel and interview people to see if they are right for a reality show? or go undercover at malls and stuff to see if I can find raw talent? what do you got to college for for this? what do I do?
