do mother tongue helpful to their career development?

1. Yes it definitely helps if u are staying in the state where they speak the same language. As most of the legal documents , government processes are written in same language. As most of local people speak the regional language.
2. I would like to think that it does help but not thoroughly especially if they are mission or field works where you have to mingle and interact with people..or related sales but all done outside the office, your Mother Tongue can somehow be a bonus..but the real thing is your effort, dedication and hardwork which you painstakingly inject in your jobsite no matter where.......good luck!
3. I don't quite understand this question. Are you asking if a common language helps career development in a country? If so, then yes, I believe that is helpful. After all, if everyone understands each other, then they might get along better, right?
