hello career advice please?
i am a trained teacher.. and new to toronto... i would like a career change.. .. could any one plz advice me as what is the proper way to go about here? the most funny thing is that i dont know what alternative career i want to go in! has anyone else gone through this frustration?

- i haven't (well not for a second time) but, why don't you try brainstorming some options. what are you interested in? remember to keep an open mind, and one you've decided you could try it out by interning. who knows, maybe they'll like you so much that they'll hire you on! also, if you have the time, you could take a couple of classes at a nearby college in a subject/career that you've always been interested in but never looked into. taking classes is a good way to really find out if you like the new area you want to go into. you could also talk to guidance counsellors there who are used to helping people out who are in the same position as you. good luck!
