What is the most frustrating aspect of a career/job search?
Public Comments
- Everything leading up to actually securing a job.
- not enough jobs so theyre very picky
- places wanting you to have all this experience or a hefty degree and they pay you crap come on does someone with a bachelors degree really want to be payed 12 dollars an hour?
- The whole process: from resume writing to interviews to follow-up phone calls, it's a job in itself!!!!!!
- Well if you don't have a job while you are searching then being broke and trying to look like you are on top of the world to everyone you apply with is pretty tough.
- The biggest frustation is that you are selling yourself in a job search. The resume black hole and rejections can very easily be taken personally, lead to depression and damage self esteem. It helped me to watch this great short video about re-energizing your search. See the link below.
