Higher Education Help?

OK, I am wondering what sort of career option I should look into. Before I do a University Degree on it. Mainly just looking around, so don't be afraid to voice any type of course, or anything. Interests include: - Architectural drawings - Computers - Software - Programming Am good at: - Maths - Drawings (not artistic though, more technical drawing sort of stuff) - Moderate knowledge on computation Anything along those lines would be great. So if you know of a good subject that I can take a look at please state it.

  2. When I started college I took a series of tests that told me what I would be good at and which fields I should stay away from. It was very helpful in choosing my major. You might talk to the college counseling office and see if they have such tests. In the final analysis, you should select an area that you find interesting and that involves work that can make you happy. You will be most successful if you are doing what you like. One way to zero in on the field of your choice is to take elective classes in many subjects of interest. As you get exposed to each subject, you will start feeling that one is more interesting than another. You will also see relationships among the various fields, and you may be able to combine two or three areas in developing a major. The university should give you a broad background to make you a well rounded individual. Things will fall into place as you proceed through your studies.
