How to get legal representation Class Action Suit?
As an American victimized in the 80’s by the New World Order schemes of Reagan and Bush, I feel a class action restitution should be made to those who were rifted out of their jobs, careers, retirements, and benefits and subsequently savings. The FASB ruling was nationalization of an employee benefits to fund corporations in the New World Order Goals and Global Fascism. I was a single parent raising my daughters in my home town where my parents lived. DuPont took us over , Conoco, and Americans were rifted all over the world as many wrote my father who had been in multiple overseas assignments. It was truly sad to watch the company destroyed and my home town destroyed. I filed a discrimination complaint on the grounds of disparate effect of terminations and was denied due process as the EEOC reported not on their findings regarding terminations but the existing population of the workforce. The president of the Oklahoma legal association unknown to me resided in the area and I could not get a lawyer to represent me and due process was denied. I had also filed through the state Department of Human Rights which did nothing. I likewise was slandered and libeled and blackballed and could not find work consistent with my education and experience.. My wife was so unhappy I finally had to encourage he find another man that could support her which she did. For a while I lived in a school bus. My retirement would have amounted to about a million dollars and my savings were wiped out putting kids through college , getting them married, etc. I would say any rights I thought I and my family had as an American citizens were totally and intentionally destroyed by the government and the corporations. Those damages continue to this day. No I am not bitter. If a debt is created it should be paid. I believe in personal responsibility and if a loss is created it should be dealt with. There is no reason for any American to have to tolerate this kind of abuse.
