How do I decide about my future/ education/ career?

I have an Associates in Science. I'm going to get a Bachelors, and I can't find any help deciding what to major in. I am interested in Wildlife, Parks and Recreation, Physical fitness, Trail climbing, etc. The easy way out is to major in education and be a teacher, but I want to make the right decision for my future.

  1. Why don't you major in forestry? That sounds like it is along your path. Be a ranger.
  2. Figure out what your interests are and then you can find something that you would like to do as a job and something you would enjoy!
  3. Whatever you do be sure you have a passion for your job...otherwise it's just a job...
  4. Join the military, become a army ranger. You'll learn wilderness survival unparalleled to those in the career. Also they will provide money for your education. If you are afraid of joining the military for some reason, major in education, or business and you can apply it to any field.
  5. You'll get a better JOB and more PROMOTIONS with a degree in biology, zoology or engineering. The lab sciences "run" the great outdoors, either you have a degree in one or work for someone who does! Something tells me you'll get bored with teaching and the gossipy teacher's-lounge politics.
  6. Check Out Alot Of Differant Things Before You Deside.
  7. I'll suggest u 2 try in national geographic group or discovery group in which u can make desires true
  8. take one of those free tests in college to help you decide what areas you are interested in and to find out what jobs there are in those areas.
  9. how about geology?
