Do online career search sites work? How do I get my resume noticed?

1. don't know yet.i'm still using the online service.but no result yet.
2. Takes patience and repeatedly searching and changing the contents of your resume and cover letter to suit the job that you want to apply. Register with such like monster. com or hotjobs.com and leave your resume online. Sometimes.. without applying, some companies will find your resume and contact you by email if they're interested.
