What is my career path if I do not like pragramming.?

What is my career path if I do not like pragramming. I have a MS degree in Computer Science. In the past 6 years, I have worked on application maintenance, support, Quality Assurance, Development(programming), supervising and coordinating outsource project. But, I find I do not like programming. What are other career paths for me? Thanks a lot! My undergraduate was business.

  1. Project Manager and or Business Analyst are the paths for you. I have been in the IT world for 25years now and that is the path of least resistance for thoise that want to work IT but not programming.
  2. I think "technical support" may be a good position for you. Because it needs your CS background but it doesn't need programming all days. Instead, you will communicate with customers for resolving problems.
  3. Learn 'Nix administration, as it pays better, http://yolinux.com and, http://pclinuxos.com
  4. You could go for a track such as Management Information Systems, database design, system design or some other Information Systems job. Another thought is, depending on how much you enjoy math, become a researcher. Statistics should have been part of your curriculum as an undergrad. I did that at the end of my IT career. You may have to do a bit of programming in SAS or some other statistical language, but it isn't real difficult.
