- Short stories and articles are usually in quotations. Books can be written in italics or underlined.
- Hello! Unless something has changed drastically in the short time I have been retired from teaching, you use quotation marks. However, the example that you listed shows a website. That should be underlined. Please go to the following outstanding source. It is a free writing lab offered by Purdue University. You will find both the APA and MLA Style Guides there on the upper right. Your teacher has probably indicated which one s/he wants you to follow. It is best to check on these types of questions as each type of reference can be slightly different. Here is the link which I recommend saving t your favorites: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/
- neither. go to noodletools.com it will cite your sources for you.
- when you cite inside the paper itself you have to write it like this: (authors last name page #) after each piece of info you use even if paraphrased and if taking direct quotes make sure you put it in quotation marks and credit the author by saying something like Like Author has said,"blah blah..." when doing a works cited page seperate use easybib.com you just enter the information and it does it all for you... it even alphabetizes your sources for you good luck :O)
