Are Penn Foster or PCDI(Professional Career Development Institute) legitimate online schools?

1. Yes, my dear friend. They are legitimate. I know, because I used to work for PCDI. It's located right here in Norcross, Georgia. I used to be an admissions specialist for PCDI. They are indeed nationally accredited. But please keep in mind that you need to have a lot of discipline to do the studies and work on your own initiative. Good luck! : )

3. To find out if a on-line school is legitimate, talk to that school direct. Ask them what accreditation they have. Are they held to the same accreditation as a nationally known university. ( Yale, Harvard, Penn st.) This website has information that may help you make a decision: www.guidetoonlineschools.com. More and more schools are offering on-line degree an courses. The key is to find a school that is affordable and accredited. Do your Due diligence , leave no stone unturned, before you give your hard earned money or incur financial aid debt, to attend a place of higher learning.
