where to get a online counselling regarding careers, i need to ask some questions and need answers personally.

hi, i'm a doctor[m.b.b.s],but i like management, atpresent i'm helping my friend in recruiting &material management[he owns a multispeciality hospital 1000 bedded he is my classmate in ug]my father wants me to join p.g[clinical]for the sake of future competition, but my friend wants me to do M.B.A hospital management, he only brought out the managing abilities within me, but i'm in a dilemma to choose an option anyhow i have 8 more months to decide for joining p.g so i wish i could taste a bit of management in these period.now i'm working with my friend as an unpaid manager, my friend is in a confusion of selecting a designation for me ,b'cos u know we can't create some posts in a well established setup all of a sudden , he asks me many time whether i need commision in material purchasing , i've refused it b'cos of my sentiments.now he asks me to wait for another week for an appointment. kindly give ur suggestion immediately
