Does anyone know of any psychology and counselling careers that train you on the job?

I have a degree but it's in drama, not psychology or counselling and I don't want to study full time again

1. I don't think you'll land a job in psychology or counseling because so many people have graduated in those fields that the competition will be very keen. If that's what you want to do then go back to college for a minor.or second degree. (specialize)
