How to respond to a career crisis?
I am finding great difficulty applying for a new job. I already hold a Bachelor in Arts and a MSc, and have 5 years work experience behind me, and find interviews hard to come by. Should I change my career direction completely, gett some additional qualifications. I work in Admin at the moment and a career in Counselling and HR appeals to me but that would involve a lot of cost. What is the best option out of this predicament?

- how long you been looking? if just a few months, don't get too discouraged. key to everything is networking. change in career is fine if you can afford to do it personally/financially, which will depend upon your situation naturally.
