how can i prove to suitable for my career?
my friend is blind from 1eye but has chosen a career in hospitality & wishes to go on cruise liner to futher enhance his skills but he does not know if they would select him as the requierment of 6/6 eye sight but as i know him he is very efficient & loyal in term of work gives his best always .how can i help him in getting his dream job.he has been in this industry for almost 5 years and now is very depessed with what lies in his future is their any organization that can help him

- By training him to be the best interviewer he can be. He need to prove that his skills and capabilities are way above the other candidates. The only way to get around this is by learning about the companies that run the cruise ship. You see by reading all the journals they have produced, knowing their vision, mission and goals he will be able to answer all the questions that the interviewer will present him. He needs to design his Cv and Portfolio highlighting his skills, capabilites, working experience and educations in relations to the type of work he is going to have, This might even mean having a different CV for each interview he goes to. To be the best, he has to believe he is the best and he need to prove them to his prospective employer.
