1. Chef in my own little Italian restaurant
2. Dream career? That's an oxymoron if I've ever heard one. My dream career would consist of never having to work another day in my life.
3. Being able to travel at the expense of the magazine and write about my travels and experiences.I would have carte blanche,and be required to write as little or as much about a place.I could be gone for cruise's around the world and flight's around the world..stopping off here and there.That is the the best possible way for me to write and work.
