What are the hot careers in the UK for the next few years?

I am a recent University graduate and am thinking about applying for a graduate recruitment position. I am very open to any suggestions. What is the next hot career sector?

1. Fireman, Stoker, Foundry-worker, any of these that work with fire.
2. Study Polish and get a full time job in Poland as it's the only place where you'll be able to get a job these days.
3. thr's the blue collared jobs.i heard tht a great demand for languange teachers.esp asian ones.
4. safety officer, or anything to do with equal opportunities.
5. How about a city lawyer? Or better still, work in the church?
