What are the hottest careers with no degree?
I am unhappy and burned out in my field. I don't have a degree and need to find a career that pays well with benefits. I have plenty of work and life experience.

- The hottest career, by far, is working on the highway in Arizona in July. Otherwise, start boning up for those SATs, genius.

- Slim pickings for a future with no degree. I think your mainly stuck with service industry jobs and clerical/secretarial type jobs. Not that many offer good pay and/or benefits. If you go to a temp agency, they will evaluate your skills and see if they can place you in a job. I've heard of many people who've had really good luck with them.

- FInd a sales career within your current field of work. You have a better chance of getting a career that way since you already have some kind of knowledge of the field. Otherwise, try to sell mortgages, etc. I hear they hire anybody, since your pay is almost 100% tied to your performance.
- waiter or waitress in up scale establishment. i know a young man that got a waiter job at such a place in houston. he was making $1000 - 1500 a week and decided not to finish his senior year at tx a&m. good luck - oddyerdy
