What are the top 10 fastest careers to change into?
I want a change of career...FAST! It can't be a minimum wage thing like usher at a movie theater. It has to be something accredited or certifiable, a specialization. Like state-certified cow-inseminator or something. Actually, that's gross.

- Jet fighter pilot or formula 1 racing driver - those are 2 of the fastest careers I can think of. You did ask for the fastest careers - check the wording of your question.
- If you're looking to become a professional (eg. something where you have to be certified) they all take a good two or three years at least to achieve. I'd go instead for an exciting sounding job title - much quicker to achieve. Anything with "Executive" in the title sounds much more important than it usually is, same with "consultant". In real life though, you might want to find yourself a career or recruitment consultant who can go through with you your strengths and weaknesses and help you find the career for you.
