According to the last Forbes list: (They use an algorythm that includes median pay, starting salary and pension/retirement) The first 5 are all various forms of Medical Surgeons...the exact order is lost to me, but I remember that Cardio-Vascular was first and went on to include Neuro, Orthopedic and General-Trauma. 6th were C-Suite employees including CEO's and CFO's. 7 & 8 were practitioners of Medicine. 9 was Air Traffic Controllers and 10 was Construction-Site Engineers.
3. CEO of Enron, Tyco or Worldcom.
