anyone know top careers or industries to be in for 2006 or the next coming years?
currently i'm an associate manager of pharmaceutical market reserach. just making sure i'm headed in the right direction. thanks for your opinion.

- HEALTHCARE. The healthcare industry is expected to grow rapidly in the upcoming years. With a large aging population and growin medical advances there will be a great need for health care proffessionals. Also health care is very stable, it does not depend on the econonmy. as long as there is a population people will need healthcare. And You dont just have to be a doctor. There are an amazing amount of positions, nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical technicians...etc.

- every one else already said healthcare. There are a lot of different kinds of programs out there. my sister went to one of those medical office training programs and got a job right away. Mys ister in law went to a program so she can be some kind of assistant in the hospital (cleaning beds, etc) and also started work right away. There are a lot of great training programs also. - Healthcare or Legal profession
- You have two positive things going for you in the business you are in. One is the pharm industry will continue to grow for a very long time because of the againg population and Americans' desire to take a pill for everything under the sun. Second, marketing research requires a skill set not many people possess. If you can bring tangible, business-building insight, you can do very well in that field.
